Using the App
Log in
- Use the same login information you use to log into the WYHA website
- After login - available menu choices
- Family Calendar - shows a calendar for all of your children
- Teams - shows all the teams/groups that your child(ren) is(are) rostered.
- Logout - logs you out of the application
Syncing to your Personal Calendar
- In the upper left corner select the stacked three-bar icon to reveal the "Family Calendar" option
- Select "Family Calendar"
- In the upper right corner is a cloud icon.
- Clicking the cloud icon will allow you to subscribe the family calendar to your iOS/Android calendar application
Teams
- Clicking a team/group box will take you to that team/group page
- Schedule - will show the schedule for just the selected team/group
- Roster - will show who is rostered on the selected team/group
- Tapping a player's name will show you the contact info for their parents/guardians.
- Chat - allows you to chat with other parents/guardians of the selected team. **Groups do not allow chat.
