Sign-up for the annual WYHA Face-Off Dinner and Auction on Saturday, November 8th, beginning at 7:00pm. This event will take place at the Italo-American Educational Club, 80 Oak Street, Wellesley. Face-Off event will include a silent and live auction, full-catered dinner and cash bar. Cost is $25 per person. Online payment via credit card is required in advance of the event.
The Wellesley Youth Hockey Association thrives primarily through the volunteer efforts of the members of our various programs. We have a number of events and projects during the year where we need your time. Some of these opportunities are one-time events, while others run throughout the season. If you are interested in becoming involved with any of these functions, please fill out this form.
This form is to be filled out by the Head Coach or Team Manager only. If, for some reason, your team can not play in a scheduled game, this form must be completed and submitted at least 1 week prior to the game date. Please note- canceling games can be costly to WYHA so we strongly discourage the cancellation of games unless absolutely necessary.
By completing this form, you give your permission to include your name in WYHA's Townsman ad supporting building a rink on the Saint James property (Article 3). The more families that are listed, the bigger impact we will have. This form will be active through midnight Tuesday, October 28th.
