WYHA is pleased to offer an additional resource to all WYHA players through the Boston Children's Hospital Division of Sports Medicine Affiliate Program. This program enables our players access to expedited care in the event of a sports injury. WYHA player's use of this service is completely voluntary. We are aware of all the outstanding local medical providers and do not endorse one over the other. We are providing this to our families as an additional optional resource.

Families who choose to access this program due so on their own accord and should consult the specifications of their own health insurance plans regarding any payment obligations that may be incurred.  WYHA assumes no liability for the quality or costs of the medical care provided to players by any health care provider, including physicians or hospitals with whom WYHA may choose to affiliate itself with.

Direct Access for all affiliate patient/camper appointments should first be directed through Joe Founds - Affiliate Group Liaison or Katie Cogar at 857-218-5093 Monday thru Friday 8:00AM - 5:30PM. Please identify yourself as an affiliate group member or camp health care officer as well as inform parents/patients who are calling for appointments to identify patient as an affiliate member. If no answer, please call appointment line at 617-355-3501and ask for Call Center Triage Clinician.
